Alef Group signs a business agreement with theleisureway

Alef Group, a leading real estate company in Sharjah and the developer of lifestyle destinations in the
emirate, has signed a business agreement with theleisureway, an international leisure-thinking solution
provider company specialized in developing innovative entertainment solutions.

The agreement, which stipulates that both parties will pull together to create and build global
entertainment zones to suit all group ages in Al Mamsha project, was signed by Issa Ataya, Alef Group
CEO, and Gastón Gaitán, founder of theleisureway.

According to the agreement, theleisureway will develop a collection of innovative artistic models and
sculptures inspired by the people to Alef Group in its lifestyle project “Al Mamsha”.
Ataya said, “We are pleased to work with theleisureway, an international company specialized in
developing innovative entertainment solutions. theleisureway was excited to choose Al Mamsha to start
their first project in Sharjah as the first destination in the UAE, and the GCC as a whole, due to its unique
culture and originality of Sharjah’s history and ancient traditions.

Ataya added: “theleisureway’s expertise, capabilities, and remarkable projects were noticed in different
locations all around the world, which supported our decision to collaborate with them in Al Mamsha
project. Al Mamsha’s entertainment concept was inspired by Sharjah’s culture and heritage, and we are
pretty confident that the art sculptures will provide a qualitative addition to the project”.
On his part, Gaitán said: “We are delighted to launch our first innovative project in the United Arab
Emirates, specifically within the Al Mamsha project in Sharjah, which provides the highest level of
entertainment and facilities. The project contributes to providing a living environment immersed in
luxury, culture, and art”.
