Alef launches residential building cluster with 352 units

The Al Mamsha Seerah project in Al Mamsha is strategically located on Sheikh Khalid Bin Sultan Al Qasimi Street near the University City of Sharjah, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, and the Sharjah International Airport.

It consists of 10 buildings spread across three clusters. The first cluster, Suroor, was launched last year and includes four buildings. The number of buildings in the latest cluster Sawa, will be revealed successively, while plans for the third cluster are set to be announced in the near future.

Al Mamsha combines modern living, retail, and entertainment facilities within a vibrant technological environment.
