Arada launches 120-unit Gate community in Aljada

Construction on The Gate will begin in the first quarter of 2022, with the first homes being handed over by the end of 2023.

rada launches The Gate community, a two-building complex that is situated at the main entrance of Aljada.

All residences at The Gate include smart home technology as standard, while many also feature a ‘winter garden’, extending the apartment’s living space onto the balcony, bringing the outdoors indoors.

Construction on The Gate will begin in the first quarter of 2022, with the first homes being handed over by the end of 2023.

HRH Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal, Vice Chairman of Arada, said: “Sharjah’s real estate market has witnessed a consistent increase in demand year on year and has also successfully weathered the pandemic with impactful government measures and effective infrastructure spending.”

Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, CEO of Arada, said:” Given the strength of investor interest in Aljada, where we have now sold almost 7,500 homes, we anticipate that demand for this very limited number of units to be extremely competitive.”

The Gate’s location allows residents easy access into and out of Aljada, while new family entertainment district Madar is just a short walk away.
