Engineer Ahmed Al Amiri, General Manager of ASAS Real Estate stressed that the real estate sector in the UAE still offers rewarding opportunities for investors looking to buy a plot of land or ready property, whether to reside in it, to rent it, or to resell it. Mezaira’a Residential, which we announce today, is launching its second phase to meet the increasing demand for it as one of the distinctive real estate options that comply with the requirements of the real estate market and the desires of investors to provide residential lands ranging from small to medium size in a privileged location and at affordable prices.
Al Amiri indicated that the second phase of the project provides multiple options for residential lands with areas ranging from 2,600 feet of land with a total of up to 1,781 plots with a total area of 5,417,830 square feet, with a privileged location and an integrated package of facilities and services, to meet the needs of buyers and investors of Arab nationalities, with a payment period of 12 months and financing facilities for the project through the Sharjah Islamic Bank, adding that the second phase of the project is expected to witness no less interest than the first phase, which attracted great interest from investors.
The project, located on Emirates Road and Al Dhaid Road, witnessed a great demand that led to the sale of the first phase of it in record time, due to its strategic location and the options it provides to investors, where prices start from AED210,000 for residential lands with the advantage of building for the ground and two floors, available for freehold ownership for all Arab nationalities.
