About Tilal Properties

Tilal Properties is a joint venture between the government’s investment arm Sharjah Asset Management and Eskan Real Estate Development. It is one of the leading real estate development and investment companies in the UAE and the premier developer of residential complexes and freehold projects in the Emirate of Sharjah. Tilal City – spread in an area of 25 million sq ft – is its flagship project.

Tilal Properties has many firsts to its credit. Our flagship project Tilal City, for example, is the first-of-its-kind mixed-use development in Sharjah that gives investors and buyers a unique opportunity to purchase land for residential and commercial purposes in the Emirate.

Tilal Properties offers plots for villa (Residential), townhouses (Residential) and buildings (Residential, Commercial and Retail). The plots are available with complete infrastructure.

The plots in Tilal City are freehold for Emiratis, and Arab nationals and 100-year renewable leasehold is being offered to non-Arabs. In 2014, Tilal City was the first to offer leasehold of 100 years for the non-Arabs in Sharjah.

There is no visa requirement for any buyer in the AED2.4 billion project. It is not necessary for buyers to be present in the emirate for the deal. If they want, they can invest remotely from their home countries.
