Eagle Hills unveils Shams Residences within $1.2bn Maryam Island

Eagle Hills Sharjah, a joint venture between Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) and Abu Dhabi-based Eagle Hills has unveiled Shams Residences with its $1.2bn (AED4.5bn) Maryam Island megaproject, a waterfront development in Sharjah’s Al Khan and Al Mamzar districts.

The 59-units building is located along the Maryam Island Boulevard within the Maryam Gate Residences community, which forms Phase 2 of the Maryam Island megadevelopment.
Upon completion, the project will feature studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, and four-bedroom penthouse.

Commenting on the launch of the project, Low Ping, CEO of Eagle Hills said: “The launch of Shams Residences marks an important step for us as Maryam Island begins to take shape. The new building, located in downtown Sharjah, is within walking distance of pristine beaches, and is complete with unparalleled views and stunning design, promising residents intimate community living like no other.”

“We are confident this residential building will make an exciting new addition to Sharjah’s burgeoning real estate sector, with apartments designed to cater to families and those living independently,” she concluded.

Shams Residences covers approximately 6,637m2 of gross floor area (GFA) and is in very close proximity to Maryam Island, and the beaches of Mamzar and Al Khan.
