Internal finishing operations are taking place rapidly at Al Mamsha project in Sharjah

The Sharjah-based developer Alef Group, a pioneer in developing premier lifestyle communities, destinations and experiences through investment and strategic joint ventures, has announced that 70% of construction on the first phase of the multi-use project “Al Mamsha” has been completed. The phase one consist of 7 buildings, 693 housing units and 88 A commercial stores, encompassing an area of 629,000 square feet.

The project expected to be delivered by year end, boasts of high-end residential units ranging from studio, one, two & three bedrooms, emulating the highest standards of quality lifestyle.

His Excellency Issa Ataya, Managing Director, Alef Group, said: “We are closely monitoring the progress of the construction and using finest building materials under quality supervision. To ensure everything aligns with our plans, the team at work are required to follow the required safety and precautionary measures as outlined by the Ministry of Health and Prevention.”

He added that for the construction high quality, water resistant ceramic tiles were used for walls and floors. Walls have been constructed separating residential units and have been constructed using material ensuring no damage or cracks. Water and sewage systems were designed emulating highest standards of safety and keeping in mind the harsh climatic conditions in the region. For protection against the harsh summers, double-glazing panels have been installed across the property along with highly efficient air conditioning systems.

Al Mamsha project boasts of a strategic location, providing the best of health and recreational facilities, such as walking and biking paths, children’s play areas, restaurants, cafes and various stores. All residential units on the property will be equipped with electrical appliances such as oven, gas and fridge, providing an integrated living experience.
