Sharjah, 12, September 2020, Khalifa Al Shaibani, Director-General, Tilal Properties, a joint venture between Sharjah Asset Management and Eskan Real Estate Development, and the first real estate development company in the Emirate of Sharjah, has confirmed an 90% completion of construction work on two of their community centers within Tilal City, are being constructed in Naseem Villas and Naseem Residences, and are on track to open by the end of 2020 as planned.
Al-Shaibani said: “The community centers, named the ‘Tilal Oasis, reflects the importance and objectives of establishing two different complexes is to provide the residents of Tilal City and surrounding areas with diverse options for active living and recreation in a safe, inclusive environment. The centers will provide residents with recreational facilities at the highest quality”.
He pointed out that the two centers are designed in a modern architectural style that caters for all tastes and will provide all necessary daily services required to satisfy all segments of society, ages and nationalities.
A 350 sq.m sports center will be housed in each complex, with the aim of promoting a healthy and active lifestyle among residents. Some of the other facilities and services found in both the centers include an outdoor recreational area, and a children’s play area with climbing frames and equipment to be enjoyed by the community’s youth.
The community center which is located in the “Al-Naseem villa complex” spans over 1417 sq.m, and includes four restaurants and three retail units. The other community center is located in the “Al-Naseem Residence”, encompassing a total area of 2428 sq.m, and will consist of six restaurants along with four retail units.
Tilal City is the first of its kind mixed-use community development in Sharjah, providing unique opportunities to investors to purchase land for housing and retail in a carefully planned and fully coordinated environment. The total area of Tilal City project spreads over 25 million square feet, and it is designed to accommodate 65,000 residents.
